Where do you ship from?
Our stone is cut in Asia and shipped directly to you. Depending on your country, import duties may apply on arrival and are not included in the price.
What if it isn't right?
Return it within 14 days. We cover the return postage.
Is marble fragile?
At 16 mm it is substantial — considerably sturdier than the thin stone coasters most shops sell. It will chip if dropped on a hard floor, as any stone will.
Will it stain?
Marble is porous, so acidic liquids like wine, citrus and vinegar can etch the surface. That is what the coaster is for. Wipe spills promptly and dry after use.
Will the felt scratch my table?
The underside is felted across its full surface, not just at the corners. Nothing hard touches your furniture.
Are the pieces identical?
No. Carrara is a natural stone. Veining varies from piece to piece, and no two sets are the same.
